Buyer Beware – Terrible Customer Service

Three times now, I have put in a large order for a trip to Africa for our honeymoon. Each time has at least wasted 20-30 minutes. We've tried to overnight the items as well. Each time they run out of items that we originally had. Each time they screwed things up, and they just come with an attitude versus trying to fix things. I used to love this company, but this has ended that for me. When a person is willing to pay over a thousand bucks for something, you would think they would try to at least be accommodating. Just unreal to me how they go about their way of business. I'm on the phone with them right now for the 4th and last go of things.
