I obtained a $50 Best Buy Gift card, which I sold to BackPage and after entering I usually check to see if it was processed because for some reason it doesn't process correctly. But anyway after I sold said Gift Card the funds were not added to my account which would have been $56 with some change because of the +10% bonus for using Best Buy. I then re-entered said Gift Card and BackPage informed me the Gift Card was already received, it's been almost a week and I haven't received either my funds or any messages from Backpage regarding this issue. It's only $50 but this should be handled a little better or at least respond to my email regarding the situation, at the moment I'm not sure if I trust BackPage enough to sell any more Gift Cards or continue using their service. This happened on 11/06/17 at the Publix Store on 400 E Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801 at approximately 10am, payment was in cash so I don't really have any proof other than what information BackPage has. My email associated with the account is [protected]@icloud.com. The Gift Card was not defective as it was considered received, The physical card was discharged after uploaded as it usually takes 1 hour to acquire the funds and I thought it was gonna go through like normal.
