Buy a gun

I bought a gun and then I did more research and it had very bad reviews, I spoke to a miserable person on the phone that did not want to give me a refund, I only purchased the gun the day before online so it never shipped! I told her to speak to management and she did and they, and gave me a refund now they retained me as a customer!
