I recently called the company to prevent them from automatically charging me for a renewal. I already paid for a year that I did not want or need. I tried to reach my account manager in 2020 to stop the renewal and never heard back from him. I called after my card was charged too, and never received a call back. Now they tell me (after getting through by some stroke of luck) that I renewed for two years by not stopping the renewal last year. Really? After two or three years of being a customer, they opt to ensnare them with red tape instead of letting them terminate service when they want to do so? I think this company is nonresponsive and lethargic by design. This prevents their customers from terminating service with the ease that should be the standard of any reputable company.
