business class flight single traveler with 4 month baby

Do not ever consider flying with this airline specially with a baby. I had small baby and no one helped me even after telling them I need assistance due to c section. They refused to help me take my luggage on to the plane as I gate checked the stroller (which was also drama) and I used my two hands to hold my baby so yeah clearly I needed assistance but they were arrogant so I walked away leaving my hand luggage behind because I had no other choice. They then shouted at me but I just returned their treatment back to them and ignored their flea brains. Well, my luggage did make its way to me shortly after. They also didn't tell me I could board the plane straight away (as business class customer AND WITH A BABY). I had a very hungry, dehydrated baby in hot weather crying as I pushed my way through economy class passengers queuing to board the plane. I crossed over the security area and fed my baby on a chair I found! I asked a member of staff strolling away if I can freaking get on the plane as I have to feed my baby (which I said earlier to many member of staff) and she said oh yeah..you can. By the time I went ..the economy class flooded trough and even then I had to fight for my right to board before. Worst experience of my life! Efffected me soooo badly I was unable to produce milk after facing such stress emotionally and of course physically. This damage has no price. I paid for business class to avoid all this ... there's more but I'm just fed up. No replies to emails nothing. They take your money that's it. In fact ..think they don't care to such extent that their planes are likely to just fall off the sky (already happened!!). For this reason I won't fly with them again... seeing as how much they care. Lack of everything! I won't be surprised if more accidents took place. Pay higher towards another carrier. This is for flight from Cairo to London hearhrow. Completely put off and I strongly advise anyone to not fly with these thieves.. maybe if you flashed money at them they would serve you waging their tails but hey I paid for my flight ticket so they should do their jobs! Simple minded, lazy, arrogant, unprofessional and clearly not fit for the role.
