Hi my name is Jean I place an order at the huddle house in Monticello Arkansas on 7-20-2021 and our food were burn up that you couldnt eat it I place and paid for the order at 11:13 didnt receive it until 12:30 burn return it back for a refund and were told that I couldnt get one then the manager finally said she didnt know how to do a refund and call someone else on the phone they ask for my name and number and said that I couldnt come back there all because they burn up my order been there before and never had a problem I have pictures to send you I had 3 orders that total to only $30.00 It the way they did it My orders
