Over 15 years ago I had Bugaboo boots that fell apart 3 years ago and Columbia replied them with a newer version. I got the shoes and they were narrower and not nearly as warm as their old stuff. Well this year(not quite 3 yrs) the seam on the heal split and the backing tore. I tried contacting them, because in the past, they’ve been awesome about their shoes. Come to find out, like most here, they’re over 1 yr old and they can not help me. Their stuff used to last decades! Their warranty and quality is the reason I chose their company. I guess both have gone to junk. Too bad
