Whenever I do yard work and put the debris out in bags weighing less than 35 pounds they ignore it. The last "Bulk Pickup", the truck with the side lift lifted MY small trash bin and dropped it on its side. This while driving over the full bags of yard debris and ripping them open. This driver is a complete psycho. I have been dealing with this kind of treatment for nearly 20 years. My daughter is currently getting her law degree. When she graduates, and passes the Bar, we are going to sue these cowards for compensation, BIG time.
