bugs in food and 0 care factor

I got some food at Helensvale Hungry Jack's tonight. I walked in and waited 30 min to get the food then when I got home and opened it found a bug in my burger, rang up to complain and got told sorry we can't give out a manager phone number or email same for state manager and same for Australian manager, this is a joke. so I went online to complain at the website you cant it has an infinite loop that never allows you to complain. so in other words you don't care. your company is a joke. I will never eat here again. I also eat one burger before I looked at it and I am feeling really sick now in the stomach so it has given me food poisoning. expect that I will be taking this matter further and to court for compensation. learn to have a clean restaurant and one without bugs in the food. there wasn't enough staff there and the staff that were there were more interested in taalking thaan doing there job.
