Buffering

I'm Having problems with all of my shows buffering consistently 4 and 5 times before they go on and then they buffer again and again. Nothing's helped, I've tried restarting my TV with has my Roku in it. I have no idea what else I can do. User's recommendation: Love my shows if they can Fix the buffering!
