BTS ticket refund

Purchased BTS tickets well over a year ago and bought insurance. The concert was postponed with no venue rescheduled ( Dallas, Tx venue) I expect a refund on this . The company keeps telling me they won't refund. Why?? I want my money back as there is no rescheduling in the future. I feel like the company is lying to me about the tickets! I want a refund ASAP
