Brookwil - Sean Wilson is a general contracting company in Seattle, WA. We hired him to build a new home for us and remodel another. It was a nightmare of an experience for us. I cannot recommend him. From the very beginning he was unable to provide us with a budget based on subcontractor bids and told us that our job was to difficult for anyone to estimate. He also did not provide us with any type of schedule printout. Then during the build, things ran well over what we were anticipating it to cost and his educated guesses. The timeline took many months longer and we were victim of countless times him telling us him and his guys would work on the projects only for them to not show up. We then ran into some defective work issues. He was happy to take all the credit when things are right but when things went wrong, he was non-responsive, non-communicative, refused to meet to discuss and took no responsibility. He passed back all the blame on us the customer. Eventually we ended up terminating. And when we did, he refused to give us pictures, building documents, fix warranty work, etc. It is now costing us more to continue because we have to figure out where he left things and what is under the ground, etc. Lastly, Almost everyone of his invoices contained some inaccuracy and when we mentioned it, we many times had to argue to get the credit. Just not a pleasant experience for us, and one we will never repeat again and do not want to.
