I recently attended a wake and funeral of a very close family member at Brooklawn Funeral Home in Rocky Hill, CT. I was totally amazed at the lack of professionalize and respect from the funeral director. There was no one to greeting people at the door, no one helping people at the grave site (opening car doors) and no one to carry the casket to its final resting place. I couldn't believe that undertaker actually asked 3 family members to carry the casket to the grave site. What would he have done if there was no one to carry it?? Drag the casket across the grass? Please people of Rocky Hill, CT do not use this funeral home for your loved ones!!!
