Recently I received a 10 piece pliers and wrench set as a gift. I was using the 8 inch bent nose pliers and the tip broke. The packaging states this product has a lifetime warranty although Lowes and/or Kobalt customer service would not honor this warranty. I would like Kobalt to stand behind their tools and warranty and replace this tool. User's recommendation: Kobalt does not honor their warranties.
