Recently I received a 10 piece pliers and Wrench Set as gift. The packaging states the tools have a lifetime hassle-free guarantee. Recently I was using the 8 inch bent nose pliers and it broke. I called Lowes and they would replace the tool only if it was bought within thirty days. I called Kobalt customer service and they stated only certain tools were covered. I need Kobalt to stand behind the products guarantee. User's recommendation: Kobalt does not honor their guarantee policy.
