Broken ratchet

I've tried to get a replacement 3/8 ratchet. But all the lowes in my area are sold out and I talked to a lady at kobalt and she said I had to go to my local lowes that have been sold out for three weeks now. So I am stuck doing nothing but waiting for a ratchet that kobalt could send my direct. User's recommendation: Do not buy kobalt.
