Broken product, sluggish service, no replacement

Original review posted by user Mar 07, 2018 I ordered a Creality CR-10 Mini 3D Printer on black friday sale before Christmas. In an online forum I read that the manufacturer sells via Aliexpress and the dispatch was faster than Gearbest, since they send it from your country, not from China. So I ordered from there. Long story short, printer arrived after 2 weeks but broken, the heating bed is not heating up and it doesnt show any temperature. Although I specifically asked for it, instead of giving instructions how to send the product back, they've told me in a really sluggish chat (answers sometimes needed 3 days) to open the printer and check some stuff. I insisted on a replacement, but they just replied if I wanted to send it back, I have to send it to China (why???). They also said they sent me parts to fix the printer. So now I'm waiting for these parts since almost 2 months and I'm not sure if I even have enough knowledge of electronics to fix it. So I basically have a broken machine here since 3 months which I paid almost 300 bucks for. I advise everybody DO NOT ORDER from this company. If you do it, get it from Gearbest, even if it takes longer, at least they replace their broken stuff.
