Parts were shipped damaged. I got RMA to return after explaining issue. Had to ship back at my expense. RMA was rejected because they said product was damage. No *** That is why I returned it. They said I damaged it and refused to refund. I have repaired numerous cell phones and know what I'm doing. They said only professionals should attempt, but yet they provide DIY videos on their website and FB page. Quality of items has gone down the toilet and customer service is awful. Terrible company, find another online cell phone parts company, there are plenty of them. User's recommendation: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
