Broken item-no money back

I ordered my wedding shoes from International Checkout and they arrived broken. When I contacted costumer service they told me to take photos of the broken shoes and send them the complaint with pictures. After this I did not hear anything for a week and when I contacted them again I got the answer that a complaint can take up to 3 weeks and it's not even sure then that I'll actually get my money back. I have sent a reminder to them every week asking for the money back and where the broken shoes should be sent but the answer back is always the same "the matter is under investigation, we will get back to you shortly". I will continue to send reminders once a week and keep everyone posted how this company is treating is it's customers: So far I can only recommend: Hands off!! I will share my experience everywhere on the internet in the hope to get my money back - maybe it makes this company move faster
