After over 30 calls and multiple emails they keep saying they need more or they didn't receive it all but I sent everything from an office store and have the papers to show then the "manager" ask if I could follow instructions I ask for name and operator number said her name was glee and couldn't give me any other information. I just wanted a replacement this one broke after 1 month User's recommendation: Check bbb and complaints online before purchasing.
