Our dryer stoped working a little over a month ago in early June. A tecnicion came out,fooled around with it for about an hour than decided we needed a part. He told me it would take a few days,he would return the following week. Here it is 5 weeks later and we are still waiting. When I call or email the company they what to put me in touch with a technicion but I have to pay $5. What kind of crap is that? I just get run around ,run around with no answers. User's recommendation: Don"t buy general electric products.
