I purchased the mole/spot remover and never tried it for about eight weeks. I went to plug it in, it charged when I went to pull it out the cord it broke and now they won’t replace it because I’m past the date. Frustrated because I never got a chance to use it and they won’t do anything for me because of their so-called policy. I respect policies but it should be a issue by issue based problem to solve. Never will buy from them!!!
