I am looking to do a class action lawsuit with Brigecrest, we also own a car with Drivetime and the payments around 480 a month since 2017 and currently still making payments. During the pandemic we found a great car rate to transfer the car over to another company but it was impossible to make that decision because Brigecrest wanted 7% interest rate for pay off amount. So it did not make any since to do that. This year we still owe 7000 and the car is on it's last days. It's saddening me when you try to do the right thing and then you found out something like this is what stopping you.
