Please, please do not purchase your dress from Bridal Showcase! I am writing this review in hopes that what happened to me will not happen to anyone else. I went in looking for a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in which I was the maid of honor. The salesperson took my full payment, ordered the dress for me and let me know she would call me when it was in. 3 weeks before the wedding I began to call the shop to find out when the dress would be in. I was promised by Yvette (Manager) and Maria (Owner) that the dress would be in on time. When it came down to a week before the wedding they said that they would have the dress overnighted from the manufacturer...well that never happened!!! WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING I NEEDED TO GO DRESS SHOPPING AT THE MALL TO FIND A DRESS!! Worse yet, Bridal Showcase will not refund my money!!! Nor, will they return my calls. Their customer service ends when they have your money.
