I had the best experience with Bread, so I'm not a "pissed consumer." I ordered through a site: https://www.inmod.com, and was able to pay for an expensive purchase over time in monthly installments. I don't agree with the other reviews here at all: Bread is easy to use and great and I don't think these other people took the time to understand what they signed up for. Also, these guys are giving loans out over the internet - of course they can't issue a loan to a customer whose identity they can't verify. Anyway, I found this a really straightforward experience. You know exactly what you're going to need to pay for upfront, and for those people claiming that they didn't have that information, I can say that just isn't true. I had a screen where I had to agree that I understood what I was signing up for, and then got really clear emails and texts telling me what I needed to do.
