Purchased 3 silver leaf units. They included deeds and 3 weeks. Also free camping and free bonus time. Recently Holiday inn Resorts club purchased Silver Leaf and service has declined. No camping whatsoever. No bonus time being given. Extremely hard to get any stays except 1 scheduled week. Pitiful and nonexistent website. The phone line does not answer after 1/2 hour. Feedback states 15 persons ahead of you on a phone line at opening hours. Better business bureau needs to be involved. Broken contracts, fraud and no bonus days but for purchase on Expedia or through RCI. ( available by the thousands for purchase) Holidayinnresort is pitiful! User's recommendation: No don’t buy Holiday inn resorts.
