Rymes and i entered into a legal binding contract and they are now adding delivery fees outside of our contractual agreement. After several times contacting them they said a manager would contact me been 2 weeks no call.they are also threatening to stop delivering if i dont pay the fee outside of our signed contract! They are scammers and shouldn't be trusted! What is a signed contract for if they dont abide by it! Filing a complaint with the Attorney General office in NH for unfair trade practices and breach of contract!This company is crooked and doesnt respect there customers! I will be switching from them as soon as the heating seasone is over TERRIBLE COMPANY!
