I bought tickets through bravofly on the 6th of March 2021, and cancelled them the same day. I was told I would get a full refund minus the booking fee. It has been almost 6 months and I still have not gotten any of my money back. On the site it says they are still waiting for the money from the airlines basically, and to contact them for more information. This is not the airlines problem. Also, when I talked to the airline, they told me their refunds took up to 3 weeks at most. So this is complete *** Plus there is no customer service. SCAM!!! STAY AWAY User's recommendation: Do not use bravofly, they are a scam.
