Branch tun husein on didn’t allowed us to collect ice with drinks

Today at branch tun husein on Ive bought happy combo take away but when requested including ice the manager says CANNOT! Only drinks allowed without ice for take away. I felt so funny,since only marry brown at husein on had such rules. Please this is seriously disappointed me as customer as for the first i facing such unreasonable issues available for drinks without ice Please resolve this issue.
