I ordered 3 friendship bracelets and never received them. You took money and never provided the bracelets. Please refund my money and I will no longer deal with this company. Reporting to bbs and PayPal. What more do you need, are you trying to avoid returning my money. This took place 11/17/2017. My name is Eileen Bates. Please resolve this asap. Thank you
