I would recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. I have purchased 3 cards from this company over 9 days ago. I posted the payment information in the forums and the post was deleted. I then contacted them on the support system and was told that it can take up to 1 week to be approved. this is now day 10 and still no cards. I have tried to contact them again numerous times and each time I get a person named Terry, who is an extremely ignorant person that can not understand english, and I am constantly told that I have to email their USA support but when I do I never receive a response. I plan to go to the bank this week to chargeback on my payment because this is unacceptable behavior. I have found a company since then that seem to provide excellent support and were able to get me up and running within a few minutes.
