Both Mr. Coffee, coffee makers stopped making coffee or accepting programming. I tried to get someone to call me back over 6 months ago, but no one did. I ended up purchasing another coffee maker, but that one just stopped working a few days ago. I am requesting a replacement Mr. Coffee 12 cup coffee maker to continue my familys morning coffee needs. User's recommendation: Keep drinking coffee using Mr. Coffee coffee makers.
