Both good and unfortunate experience

I cannot condemn them when my order was unfillable because they let me know and refunded my money within 24 hours. They 1st said they had a part (which I knew was discontinued), but did not and could not get. I am pleased with my experience with them. If they were a shady company, they would have delayed the refund or not tell me for days. The only thing they could have done better is to keep their inventory list current to avoid accepting the order in the 1st place. As stated, I know for sure the part I needed is discontinued from the manufacturer, therefor was not surprised. In summary (only because this list requires a 100 word listing), I have no reason to question this company.
