Not sure if this is targeted at sixth graders or senile seniors with dementia. So much repetition and rehashing with completely unneeded information, Moves at a snails pace and does not allow jumping over repetitive sections. If a pretest was provided and used to evaluate student knowledge and then tailor the course to relative needs it might be acceptable. As it is now, it is useless, the only value being the money savings on your auto insurance. I have taken this course six times due to my auto insurer's requirements and no where does this course ask you if you have previously taken the course and then mercifully reduced the dreariness and length.
