A couple of things: - Services were charged and not provided ( hotel to airport shuttle never showed up) - Hotel booking was misleading ( construction ) and then it refused to refund. - You need to wait for over an hour to get customer service and if you are overseas there is no number to call unless you are willing to pay extra charges for an international call with excurbitant amounts. Overall this is not a website which you would want to use for your bookings
