They have mentioned that i can ask for refund within 7 days, which clearly means weather i am satisfied or not i can ask for refund which i already did. 2. So called proclaimed operational manager told me that he can process my refund at any point of time. He does not need to adhere to policy also, he can process the refund even after 3 months. 3. Booking team sent me incorrect bookings, even number of nights were not correct in that. Also, I can not get the confirmation from hotel. I can not make the plans based on tentative bookings, in which they can not even confirm number of adults and number of nights. 4. below is the email about booking, where as i asked for 4 adult for 4 nights, they are trying to give 3 nights for 2 adults, that too in any hotel of their choice.
