Good afternoon Im wondering if you guys can help me Im in a bit of a situation where as Im unable to fly from UK as my ticket has been cancelled due to Covid by emirates my original ticket was leaving from London to Dubai and then Dubai to Nairobi where I had the transit fly with Kenya airways So I was wondering if possible if I could receive a portion of a refund due to this matter and if this is not possible can I take this Opportunity to leave the ticket open and will I be able to change the ticket of the passengers due to the family not travelling apart from me myself (Taha Qulaten)
