I booked a flight for two people; Humera Dehzad and Fazila Dehzad to Turkey, Istanbul for July 11-16. Sadly, due to corona our flights were cancelled by the airlines so we were unable to travel. I was recently sent an email stating I would be due for a refund, I pressed a button by accident for the refund to be processed via travel credit. However, I do not want to accept that. Firstly, the amount being offered to me is far less than what I paid in full for the booking. I also paid for travel insurance which I would like refunded to me as I was not able to use it as I did not get to go on the holiday and therefore should not have to pay for it. I have attached the invoice in the email for your records. Please could it be noted that I do not want the travel credit given to me and I want a full refund (amount shown on the invoice) back into my account that I paid with.
