Bogus charges on my account and they wouldn’t help fix it.

My credit card showed seven unauthorized DoorDash charges in July '21. I hadn't placed any orders. When I tried to straighten it out, a rep said that the best they could do was give me a credit. I didn't want a credit. I wanted a refund and to close my account, so it wouldn't happen again. I escalated the complaint and was told the deliveries were made to my house so no refund. I had to cancel my credit card and am still going through dispute hassles. n'tDdDo User's recommendation: Don't give them your credit card number!
