Boat in dealership for 6 months and still not fixed

I had taken my boat in for a paint peeling issue and my floor started sagging where each person sits when driving. It's a deck issue. They said they turned in the paperwork to tracker and are awaiting a response. Noel from Cabelas Dundee Mi. is your team member that put in the warranty work. They say the paint issue was fixed, have not seen it. I have been a Tracker customer for the last 15 years and never expected a warranty issue that's clearly stated on Tracker Boats Warranties. Can you help me out ? I was helped by Jeff Gardner on my first boat 5 years ago, and I did send him a message. Rich Hornyak
