Went to this location so I could get a replacement credit card. The personal banker that was on duty was waiting on a customer to open a new account, I asked how long it would be she told me over a 1 hour that is how long it takes to open an account. The other banker was at lunch during the busiest part of the day. I again asked her how long the other banker would be on lunch I was told more than 40 minutes. How do you shut down for lunch especially at a bank? I asked who I complain to and was told good luck with that. I asked for a phone number and was told to visit the BMO Harris website. In addition, the door to the tellers and all the money is wide open for anyone to walk into. This is the most useless branch especially the bankers and the manager who could care less.
