I've just called and they haven't been started on. I've called before. I'm disabled and live by myself I have no income to replace these items. My yard is a mess and I cannot afford to pay someone to do it for me. You need another option or you just need to replace people's stuff so they don't have to go 7 weeks without equipment. It's very poor service. This is the trimmer and blower with battery packs which they also took from me and the chargers.
