Blocked out of mail

The bot does not get my problem. No human to help. I called so many numbers and did chat with them. No help at all! I need to get into my email but the just wont allow anyone to talk to them. They are great until you have a problem! User's recommendation: Don’t bother with Microsoft if you can. They are a giant who don’t care.
