bliss leggings have not sent my order or responded to my emails

I Placed an order last October 2017 for 6 leggings. It's now almost March 2018, and have yet to receive my order. I have Sent a few emails in the last 2 months to enquire...and see what is happening with my order. I have had no response from bliss leggings at all. I have attached copy of my order and payment details with this complaint. I'm assuming bliss leggings is a scam.
