Black screen – 2nd time today

We had Renewed a SlingTV subscription. We had it less than eight hours and had two black screens on two separate programs watched. I had tested internet speeds both times before calling Sling. The Customer Service rep told me to do it again after I told him that I had just run the test. I told him to cancel my subscription immediately. Then, he forwarded me to a closed office. User's recommendation: Be sure to test thoroughly or tell them that you will only re-register if they resolved any issues in question.
