The server brought cold steaks to table and 15 mins later our apps arrived then our salads . I told manager the steaks were cold and looked raw, he thanked me for letting him know but he did nothing. I reached out to him (John akillian) & again explained my experience and he started to say I was wrong that never could happen, etc.
