On 2/26/17, I ordered a copy of my husband's birth certificate so that we can get a passport for an upcoming trip in early June. After several calls, I received it on 4/6. I called that day and on 4/10 and 4/11, I left messages for Ms. Thomas to report that his middle name was misspelled, it had an "s" at the end that it should not. I have spent a lot of time on hold and have not heard back. I need to get this resolved quickly and get the corrected birth certificate so that we can get passports in time. Please help me with this!
