Dear customer service, Hello my name is James and I am very pleased to with Ecco golf shoes bc they are sassy and unimaginably comfortable while I play golf. I have bought 3 pairs (2 in USA and 1 in South Korea) so far within 5 years and it lasted for awhile. But last pair I purchased in Korea it seems like it was a defective and I have contacted Korean Ecco customer service and they have told me that cannot be repair/exchanged. I have our purchased (end of March 2020) on well know online shop (SSG.com). I have honestly wore 3-4 times and the front left was cracking and I feel like this pair was a defective one. I've never had any complaints about Ecco shoes so far but I feel very angry about how the customer service in Korea was unwilling to do anything about it. With this kind of service, I have no option but start to look for another brand shoes. Thank you for you time. Regards, James
