Billing Service is Terrible

I received a letter saying they were going to turn my account over to a collection agency because they tried multiple times to reach me with no success. In fact, I received one other letter with an incorrect billing amount. I called them immediately and there were going to correct it. I am a Kaiser Permanente member and Metro Atlanta Ambulance says I am not! Hopefully my call to KP will settle the issue.
