Billing of a returned vehicle

This is bordering on the ridiculous! I have attempted to call Avis, Ft Lauderdale and Avis corporate for five days in a row without any agent answering the phone!! I returned a vehicle to Fort Lauderdale airport on 5/3. I asked the attendant for a receipt but was told it would be emailed. I never received an email and as of yesterday my credit card has not been charged. I am just trying to do the right thing and pay my bill but Avis is not making it easy on me. Can someone please call me so I can rectify this issue? Thanks
